Website and property inquiries

Any transaction requires a separate written agreement.

Marketing use case: Property-related opportunities, service updates, appointment and offer follow-up, and promotional messages sent only to people who opt in through the unchecked consent box in the website chat widget.

Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any property or service. The consent box is unchecked and is not required to submit a chat inquiry.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out. We may send one final confirmation that the opt-out was processed. After opting out, you will not receive additional texts unless you re-enroll. Reply HELP for help or contact dutty23@icloud.com. Other clear requests to stop will also be honored.
